Directions

From Romsey Railway Station

On exiting the station follow the road down to the traffic lights at the cross roads. Cross the road, walking straight on to Station Road.
Continue on Station Road into Latimer Street. At the end of Latimer Street, turn right onto The Hundred.

As you come to the Town Square, (the roundabout with a statue) past Nero’s Coffee Shop and Nat West Bank, cross the road at Bell Street and walk past the Town Hall. Continue towards the arch-way and the United Reformed Church on your left.

Walk under the arch for about 200 m and the entrance to Wisdom Centre is on your left

From Romsey Bus station

As you exit the Bus Station, Bradbeers Department Store is on your left hand side. Keeping Bradbeers on the left side walk towards The Hundred. As you enter The Hundred, Boots chemist will be on your right hand side.

Turn left on The Hundred toward the town square past Nero’s Coffee Shop and Nat West Bank, cross the road at Bell Street and walk past the Town Hall. Continue towards the arch-way and the United Reformed Church on your left.

By car

From M3 – Most route-planners recommend continuing along the M3 and join the M27 West towards Bournemouth.

Alternatively, for a more scenic route, take Junction 11and follow signs to Winchester (B3335 then A3090). Continue on A3090 (signed Oliver’s Battery and then Romsey) to Romsey.

Follow signs to the Town Centre around the one-way system.

At the roundabout with a statue turn immediately left into The Abbey.

Continue under the archway.(NOTE SatNav may try to persuade you to turn left just before it!)
Wisdom House is about 200m on the left.

From M27 – take Junction 3 – then A3057 > A27 to Romsey.

Follow signs to the Town Centre around the one-way system.

From the ferries

There are direct trains to Romsey from Portsmouth Harbour (Isle of Wight ferries) and Portsmouth and Southsea (Continental ferries). A taxi is advisable between the Continental ferry port and Portsmouth and Southsea.

There are also direct trains to Romsey from Southampton Central Station.

From Lymington (Isle of Wight ferry) – take the train to Southampton Central and change for Romsey.

From Southampton airport

There are trains direct from Southampton Airport Parkway. Taxis are also available – the journey is about 10m/16km.
